Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Local Pickup (Optional)
If you’re local to Memphis, TN, you may choose free in-store pickup. We’ll notify you when your order is ready.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. If offered, international shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been marked delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim.
