All Sales Are Final
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for in-store or online purchases.
- As a secondhand and sustainable fashion boutique, all items are sold as-is and are carefully inspected before being listed for sale.
Exceptions – Misrepresented Items
We strive for accurate descriptions and photos, but if you receive an item that was significantly misrepresented, please follow these steps:
✅ Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at celeryconsignment@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item, including tags and any damage not disclosed in the listing
✅ If approved, we will provide a solution, which may include a store credit.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our store.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) for assistance.
